Vista St. Clair
The original architecture of this high-rise located in the bustling Pearl District laid the groundwork for Studio Garrison to build upon for the interiors refresh. We focused on creating an engaging experience for the residents, from a daily happy hour in the lobby to adding BBQ & seating zones to the courtyard that formerly had a dog run and community garden that had not aged well.

Vista St. Clair is a classic 1950s multi-family high-rise located in the heart of Portland's Goose Hollow neighborhood. Studio Garrison’s design focuses on bringing the common spaces to life in an update that not only honors the classic simplicity of the building, but celebrates the history and diverse nature of the neighborhood and its tenants.
