Asa Flats & Lofts
The original architecture of this high-rise located in the bustling Pearl District laid the groundwork for Studio Garrison to build upon for the interiors refresh. We focused on creating an engaging experience for the residents, from a daily happy hour in the lobby to adding BBQ & seating zones to the courtyard that formerly had a dog run and community garden that had not aged well.

Project Summary
At this existing property, residents needed another zone to which they could escape. We transformed the traditional “Boardroom” and re-branded it the “Bored Room”. That theme was continued into the adjacent fitness center dubbed as the “Weighting Room”. Along with a needed pop of color, this has easily become a sought-after destination for residents and guests to enjoy.
